Refunds for cancellations made 7 days prior to the trip are processed promptly, minus any applicable booking or service fees.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds apply to specific cases, such as unforeseen trip changes, calculated based on unused portions of the package.

5. Force Majeure Exceptions
